We work with over 37,000 individuals and their families, helping carers make a life outside of caring. We employ over 5,000 trained professionals, providing flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions.
 
Crossroads Care Essex offers and range of services to Carers including Respite Breaks, Young Carers support, Day Care for Young Adults with Disabilities and a club for Autistic children and their families.  We run Emergency Respite Services within Essex and Southend Unitary.

As a charity, we care for people not for profit. Our Carer Support Staff love their work and build long and trusted relationships with both carers and the people they care for.
